1. Legal notice (Disclaimer)

  • Nitro Forge is a community-based and unofficial encyclopedia about video games. All game names, logos, images, screenshots and other materials are the property of their respective owners and publishers. The content on this site is for informational and fan-friendly purposes only.
  • If you are the owner of the rights to any of the materials used and believe that the publication of this material has infringed your rights, please contact us. We will promptly remove the relevant content.

2. Fan content

  • Our community may also contribute to the encyclopedia. Each author is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to the content and that their contributions do not infringe copyright or other rights of third parties.
  • Nitro Forge reserves the right to edit or remove any content that is considered inappropriate, false or in violation of these rules.
  • We allow website users to add content either after logging in or completely anonymously. If a user decides to create an account and claim contributions retrospectively, these anonymous contributions must be sufficiently distinguished, for example by a signature.
  • We rely on high-quality and valuable content, therefore we reserve the right to change texts and edit individual user contributions (for example, visual unification or paragraph structures). Contributions that do not meet the minimum requirements may be returned to the authors for additional information.
  • If the author of the contribution agrees to the possibility of translating articles into other languages and does not want to translate the content themselves, the Nitro Forge team reserves the right to translate the user's content. If the user is registered, they will be displayed as the author under all language versions.
  • If the user adds links to external sites, images or videos, they are responsible for ensuring that these links or files do not violate the rights of third parties. Nitro Forge is not responsible for third-party content.
  • By submitting content, the author agrees that they are the original author of the work and that it is not a pure copy. If the content is based on or inspired by another work, the source must be properly credited.
  • User contributions to the site are entirely voluntary. The Nitro Forge project will never sell the personal data of users or their contributions. Registered user data is processed only to the extent necessary. The site is based on community content that is transparent and does not violate the rules.
  • The Nitro Forge service provider is not obliged to financially reward fans who actively participate in contributing to the site. If a user contributes extensively, Nitro Forge may offer them the opportunity to help moderate the site.
  • By publishing a post, the author retains their copyright, but grants Nitro Forge a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, edit and display the post on the site.

3. Principles of good conduct

  • We expect mutual respect from all users. Content that is offensive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate will not be published. Nitro Forge reserves the right to remove such content and in case of repeated violation of this point, remove the author's ability to add community content.

4. Nitro Forge Content License

  • All articles, reviews, tutorials and other original texts created by the Nitro Forge team or the community are protected by copyright. It is forbidden to copy and distribute them without the consent of the authors. Sharing with a link to the Nitro Forge website is of course welcome.
